Daftar harga tiket nonton konser Justin Bieber Di Jakarta Indonesia 2011. Untuk kelas Festival tiket dijual dengan harga 1 juta, kelas tribun 1 harga tiket Rp.750 ribu, sedangkan harga tiket kelas Tribun 2 adalah 500rb.

Di Indonesia, nama Justin Bieber adalah sebuah fenomena tersendiri, terutama di kalangan remaja putri. Rencana konser penyanyi asal Kanada itu di Sentul International Convention Center (SICC) pada 23 April 2011 pun disambut positif oleh para penggemarnya di Indonesia. Terbukti, saat pihak promotor, Marygops Studio, menjual 4000 tiket presale di sebuah mal di Jakarta, Sabtu (22/1) lalu. Seluruh tiket langsung ludes terjual hanya dalam waktu dua jam. Para penggemar Bieber pun rela antre hingga berjam-jam lamanya dan membentuk antrean sepanjang 1 km.

Padahal, perihal penjualan tiket presale itu hanya diumumkan lewat situs mikroblogging, twitter, sehari sebelumnya. Terdapat tiga kategori untuk tiket konser Justin Bieber di Indonesia. Pertama, Festival dengan harga Rp 1 juta. Kedua, Tribun 1 dengan harga Rp 750 ribu, dan ketiga, Tribun 2 harga Rp 500 ribu.

Pihak promotor menyediakan 10.500 tiket untuk rencana konser ini. Menurut pihak Marygops Studio, para calon penonton masih bisa membeli tiket pertunjukan Justin Bieber secara online di www.rajakarcis.com. Tidak ada batasan waktu buat penggemar Justin yang berniat membeli tiket melalui internet.

Tentunya, selama tiket masih ada. Lewat sebuah video yang diunggah enam bulan lalu di situs YouTube, Bieber mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para penggemarnya dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Dia mengatakan tak sabar untuk segera bertemu di Jakarta. "What I told my fans in Indonesia, you guys are awesome, thank you for all of the support, and I love to see you soon. Terima Kasih," kata Bieber dalam sebuah video di YouTube yang tertulis berasal dari www.facebook.com/justinbieberasia yang diunggah enam bulan lalu.

Selain membuat video bagi penggemarnya di Indonesia, juga mengucapkan hal serupa kepada fans-nya di Thailand, Tiongkok, Malaysia, dan Hong Kong Sebelum datang ke Jakarta, Bieber terlebih dulu akan merilis film perdananya, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never pada 6 Februari 2011.

Ajang festival Jazz terbesar di Indonesia, Axis Java Jazz Festival 2011 bakal digelar satu bulan lebih dari sekarang. Untuk menghangatkan suasana dan menciptakan hype, panitia menyelenggarakan pre-event yang diberi nama Java Jazz Festival on the Move. Sejumlah musisi yang sudah dipastikan akan berpartisipasi antara lain Ran, Barry Likumahuwa, Jacket Potatoes, David Manuhutu dan sejumlah musisi internasional.

Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival kembali akan digelar di akhir minggu ini di JIExpo, Jakarta. Asal tahu saja, tahun 2011 ini adalah penyelenggaraannya yang ke-7. Bagi yang sudah pernah datang di tahun-tahun sebelumnya, tentunya tahu supaya lebih maksimal dan nyaman dalam menikmati festival yang seringkali hanya disebut sebagai “Java Jazz” atau “Java Jazz Festival” itu tidak cukup datang hanya bermodal tiket saja. Perlu ada sedikit persiapan kecil-kecilan.

Crop Circle Terbaru Di Bantul Sleman Jogja Indonesia 2011

Tapak melingkar (crop circle) di dusun Wanujoyo, Piyungan, Bantul juga buatan manusia. "Jejak UFO" Bantul itu juga sama dengan yang ada di Jogotirto, Berbah, Sleman. Lingkaran crop circle yang ada di Piyungan, Bantul sama dengan yang di Sleman Jogja.

Pola crop circle yang ada di persawahan Wanujoyo, Piyungan Bantul lebih sederhana dan tidak serapi dengan crop circle yang ada di Berbah, Sleman Jogja. Berdasarkan penilitian tim LAPAN ditemukan banyak bekas kaki yang menuju ke pusat lingkaran. Setiap pola ada jejak menuju kesana ke tempat itu. Yang lebih memastikan lagi, di tengah pola ada padi yang diikat. Jadi, jelas ini dilakukan oleh manusia.

Selain lebih kecil, crop circle di Piyungan Bantul ini juga kurang sempurna. Jari-jari pola tidak rata, yaitu ada yang 2,1 meter hingga 2,5 meter. "Crop circle yang di Sleman jauh lebih sempurna. Namun, sama-sama dibuat oleh manusia.

Alat yang digunakan untuk membuat pola crop cirlce di Bantul diduga juga sama dengan yang digunakan di Berbah. Yaitu dengan menggunakan jangkar. Tetapi, ia tidak bisa memastikan apakah orang yang membuat crop circle di Sleman dan Bantul itu sama atau berbeda. Kalau tentang UFO, hingga saat ini belum ada penjelasan secara ilmiah, semua berdasarkan temuan yang tidak bisa dijelaskan secara ilmiah.

Dari cara membuat da sejumlah ciri jejak crop circle di Bantul dan Sleman itu buatan manusia. Ciri itu adalah:

1. Rebahan batang padi karena akibat ditekan hingga tercabut sampai ke akar-akarnya

2. Pola rebahan banyak yang tidak simetris antara satu dengan lainnya

3. Ditemukan lobang bekas ditancapkannya tongkat atau pipa di tengah lingkaran dan di sisi-sisi lainnya

4. Di bagian tengah juga ditemukan ada jalan dan jejak manusia

5. Di sekitar pola lingkaran dan pola tengah ditemukan beberapa batang padi yang tidak tertekan sampai roboh

6. Tidak ditemukan adanya bekas-bekas kebakaran di sekitar lingkaran termasuk sisa pembakaran mesin

Pengertian dari globalisasi : Globalisasi adalah suatu proses di mana antarindividu, antarkelompok, dan antarnegara saling berinteraksi, bergantung, terkait, dan mempengaruhi satu sama lain yang melintasi batas negara. Globalisasi ekonomi membawa dampak positif maupun negatif.

Dampak positif globalisasi antara lain:

1. Semakin terbukanya pasar untuk produk-produk ekspor, dengan catatan produk ekspor Indonesia mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. Hal ini membuka kesempatan bagi pengusaha di Indonesia untuk melahirkan produk-produk berkualitas, kreatif, dan dibutuhkan oleh pasar dunia.

2. Semakin mudah mengakses modal investasi dari luar negeri. Apabila investasinya bersifat langsung, misalnya dengan pendirian pabrik di Indonesia maka akan membuka lapangan kerja. Hal ini bisa mengatasi kelangkaan modal di Indonesia.

1. Kemungkinan hilangnya pasar produk ekspor Indonesia karena kalah bersaing dengan produksi negara lain yang lebih murah dan berkualitas. Misalnya produk pertanian kita kalah jauh dari Thailand.

2. Membanjirnya produk impor di pasaran Indonesia sehingga mematikan usaha-usaha di Indonesia. Misalnya, ancaman produk batik Cina yang lebih murah bagi industri batik di tanah air.

3. Ancaman dari sektor keuangan dunia yang semakin bebas dan menjadi ajang spekulasi. Investasi yang sudah ditanam di Indonesia bisa dengan mudah ditarik atau dicabut jika dirasa tidak lagi menguntungkan. Hal ini bisa memengaruhi kestabilan ekonomi.

4. Ancaman masuknya tenaga kerja asing (ekspatriat) di Indonesia yang lebih profesional SDMnya. Lapangan kerja di Indonesia yang sudah sempit jadi semakin sempit.

Kesimpulannya, globalisasi bisa berdampak positif atau negatif tergantung kesiapan kita mengadapinya.

1. Dampak era globalisasi dalam bidang ekonomi, antara lain :

Globalisasi dan liberalisme pasar telah menawarkan alternatif bagi pencapaian standar hidup yang lebih tinggi. Semakin melebarnya ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan antar negara-negara kaya dengan negara-negara miskin. Munculnya perusahaan-perusahaan multinasional dan transnasional. Membuka peluang terjadinya penumpukan kekayaan dan monopoli usaha dan kekuasaan politik pada segelintir orang. Munculnya lembaga-lembaga ekonomi dunia seperti Bank Dunia, Dana Moneter Internasional, WTO.

2. Dampak dan pengaruh era Globalisasi dalam bidang Sosial Budaya :

Menurut pengertian teori semakin bertambah globalnya berbagai nilai budaya kaum kapitalis dalam masyarakat dunia. Merebaknya gaya berpakaian barat di negara-negara berkembang. Menjamurnya produksi film dan musik dalam bentuk kepingan CD/ VCD atau DVD.

3. Dampak Globalisasi dalam bidang Politik

Negara tidak lagi dianggap sebagai pemegang kunci dalam proses pembangunan. Para pengambil kebijakan publik di negara sedang berkembang mengambil jalan pembangunan untuk mengatasi masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Timbulnya gelombang demokratisasi ( dambaan akan kebebasan ).

3. Membuat sikap menutup diri, berpikir sempit

5. Mudah terpengaruh oleh hal yang berbau barat

Munculnya globalisasi tentunya membawa dampak bagi kehidupan suatu negara termasuk Indonesia. Dampak globalisasi tersebut meliputi dampak positif dan dampak negatif di berbagai bidang kehidupan seperti kehidupan politik, ekonomi, ideologi, sosial budaya dan lain- lain akan berdampak kepada nilai- nilai nasionalisme terhadap bangsa.

Pengaruh positif globalisasi terhadap nilai- nilai nasionalisme

1. Dilihat dari globalisasi politik, pemerintahan dijalankan secara terbuka dan demokratis. Karena pemerintahan adalah bagian dari suatu negara, jika pemerintahan djalankan secara jujur, bersih dan dinamis tentunya akan mendapat tanggapan positif dari rakyat. Tanggapan positif tersebut berupa rasa nasionalisme terhadap negara menjadi meningkat.

2. Dari aspek globalisasi ekonomi, terbukanya pasar internasional, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan meningkatkan devisa negara. Dengan adanya hal tersebut akan meningkatkan kehidupan ekonomi bangsa yang menunjang kehidupan nasional bangsa.

3. Dari globalisasi sosial budaya kita dapat meniru pola berpikir yang baik seperti etos kerja yang tinggi dan disiplin dan Iptek dari bangsa lain yang sudah maju untuk meningkatkan kemajuan bangsa yang pada akhirnya memajukan bangsa dan akan mempertebal rasa nasionalisme kita terhadap bangsa.

Bank Indonesia (BI, dulu disebut De Javasche Bank) adalah bank sentral Republik Indonesia. Sebagai bank sentral, BI mempunyai satu tujuan tunggal, yaitu mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah. Kestabilan nilai rupiah ini mengandung dua aspek, yaitu kestabilan nilai mata uang terhadap barang dan jasa, serta kestabilan terhadap mata uang negara lain. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut BI didukung oleh tiga pilar yang merupakan tiga bidang tugasnya. Ketiga bidang tugas ini adalah menetapkan dan melaksanakan kebijakan moneter, mengatur dan menjaga kelancaran sistem pembayaran, serta mengatur dan mengawasi perbankan di Indonesia. Ketiganya perlu diintegrasi agar tujuan mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien.

Status dan Kedudukan Bank Indonesia

Sebagai Lembaga Negara yang Independen

Babak baru dalam sejarah Bank Indonesia sebagai Bank Sentral yang independen dimulai ketika sebuah undang-undang baru, yaitu UU No. 23/1999 tentang Bank Indonesia, dinyatakan berlaku pada tanggal 17 Mei 1999. Undang-undang ini memberikan status dan kedudukan sebagai suatu lembaga negara independen dan bebas dari campur tangan pemerintah ataupun pihak lainnya. Sebagai suatu lembaga negara yang independen, Bank Indonesia mempunyai otonomi penuh dalam merumuskan dan melaksanakan setiap tugas dan wewenangnya sebagaimana ditentukan dalam undang-undang tersebut.Pihak luar tidak dibenarkan mencampuri pelaksanaan tugas Bank Indonesia, dan Bank Indonesia juga berkewajiban untuk menolak atau mengabaikan intervensi dalam bentuk apapun dari pihak manapun juga. Untuk lebih menjamin independensi tersebut, undang-undang ini telah memberikan kedudukan khusus kepada Bank Indonesia dalam struktur ketatanegaraan Republik Indonesia. Sebagai Lembaga negara yang independen kedudukan Bank Indonesia tidak sejajar dengan Lembaga Tinggi Negara. Sebagai Badan Hukum

Status Bank Indonesia baik sebagai badan hukum publik maupun badan hukum perdata ditetapkan dengan undang-undang. Sebagai badan hukum publik Bank Indonesia berwenang menetapkan peraturan-peraturan hukum yang merupakan pelaksanaan dari undang-undang yang mengikat seluruh masyarakat luas sesuai dengan tugas dan wewenangnya. Sebagai badan hukum perdata, Bank Indonesia dapat bertindak untuk dan atas nama sendiri di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan.

Tujuan dan Tugas Bank Indonesia

Tujuan Tunggal

Dalam kapasitasnya sebagai bank sentral, Bank Indonesia mempunyai satu tujuan tunggal, yaitu mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah. Kestabilan nilai rupiah ini mengandung dua aspek, yaitu kestabilan nilai mata uang terhadap barang dan jasa, serta kestabilan terhadap mata uang negara lain. Tiga Pilar Utama

Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut Bank Indonesia didukung oleh tiga pilar yang merupakan tiga bidang tugasnya. Ketiga bidang tugas ini adalah menetapkan dan melaksanakan kebijakan moneter, mengatur dan menjaga kelancaran sistem pembayaran, serta mengatur dan mengawasi perbankan di Indonesia. Ketiganya perlu diintegrasi agar tujuan mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien.

Pengaturan dan Pengawasan Bank

Dalam rangka tugas mengatur dan mengawasi perbankan, Bank Indonesia menetapkan peraturan, memberikan dan mencabut izin atas kelembagaan atau kegiatan usaha tertentu dari bank, melaksanakan pengawasan atas bank, dan mengenakan sanksi terhadap bank sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas ini, Bank Indonesia berwenang menetapkan ketentuan-ketentuan perbankan dengan menjunjung tinggi prinsip kehati-hatian. Berkaitan dengan kewenangan di bidang perizinan, selain memberikan dan mencabut izin usaha bank, Bank Indonesia juga dapat memberikan izin pembukaan, penutupan dan pemindahan kantor bank, memberikan persetujuan atas kepemilikan dan kepengurusan bank, serta memberikan izin kepada bank untuk menjalankan kegiatan-kegiatan usaha tertentu. Di bidang pengawasan, Bank Indonesia melakukan pengawasan langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pengawasan langsung dilakukan baik dalam bentuk pemeriksaan secara berkala maupun sewaktu-waktu bila diperlukan. Pengawasan tidak langsung dilakukan melalui penelitian, analisis dan evaluasi terhadap laporan yang disampaikan oleh bank.

Upaya Restrukturisasi Perbankan

Sebagai upaya membangun kembali kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan dan perekonomian Indonesia, Bank Indonesia telah menempuh langkah restrukturisasi perbankan yang komprehensif. Langkah ini mutlak diperlukan guna memfungsikan kembali perbankan sebagai lembaga perantara yang akan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, disamping sekaligus meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan kebijakan moneter. Restrukturisasi perbankan tersebut dilakukan melalui upaya memulihkan kepercayaan masyarakat, program rekapitalisasi, program restrukturisasi kredit, penyempurnaan ketentuan perbankan, dan peningkatan fungsi pengawasan bank.

Sistem Pembayaran

Menjaga stabilitas nilai tukar rupiah adalah tujuan Bank Indonesia sebagaimana diamanatkan Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 1999 tentang Bank Indonesia. Untuk menjaga stabilitas rupiah itu perlu disokong pengaturan dan pengelolaan akan kelancaran Sistem Pembayaran Nasional (SPN). Kelancaran SPN ini juga perlu didukung oleh infrastruktur yang handal (robust). Jadi, semakin lancar dan hadal SPN, maka akan semakin lancar pula transmisi kebijakan moneter yang bersifat time critical. Bila kebijakan moneter berjalan lancar maka muaranya adalah stabilitas nilai tukar. BI adalah lembaga yang mengatur dan menjaga kelancaran SPN. Sebagai otoritas moneter, bank sentral berhak menetapkan dan memberlakukan kebijakan SPN. Selain itu, BI juga memiliki kewenangan memeberikan persetujuan dan perizinan serta melakukan pengawasan (oversight) atas SPN. Menyadari kelancaran SPN yang bersifat penting secara sistem (systemically important), bank sentral memandang perlu menyelenggarakan sistem settlement antar bank melalui infrastruktur BI-Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS).

Selain itu masih ada tugas BI dalam SPN, misalnya, peran sebagai penyelenggara sistem kliring antarbank untuk jenis alat-alat pembayaran tertentu. Bank sentral juga adalah satu-satunya lembaga yang berhak mengeluarkan dan mengedarkan alat pembayaran tunai seperti uang rupiah. BI juga berhak mencabut, menarik hingga memusnahkan uang rupiah yang sudah tak berlaku dari peredaran. Berbekal kewenangan itu, BI pun menetapkan sejumlah kebijakan dari komponen SPN ini. Misalnya, alat pembayaran apa yang boleh dipergunakan di Indonesia. BI juga menentukan standar alat-alat pembayaran tadi serta pihak-pihak yang dapat menerbitkan dan/atau memproses alat-alat pembayaran tersebut. BI juga berhak menetapkan lembaga-lembaga yang dapat menyelenggarakan sistem pembayaran. Ambil contoh, sistem kliring atau transfer dana, baik suatu sistem utuh atau hanya bagian dari sistem saja. Bank sentral juga memiliki kewenangan menunjuk lembaga yang bisa menyelenggarakan sistem settlement. Pada akhirnya BI juga mesti menetapkan kebijakan terkait pengendalian risiko, efisiensi serta tata kelola (governance) SPN.

Di sisi alat pembayaran tunai, Bank Indonesia merupakan satu-satunya lembaga yang berwenang untuk mengeluarkan dan mengedarkan uang Rupiah serta mencabut, menarik dan memusnahkan uang dari peredaran. Terkait dengan peran BI dalam mengeluarkan dan mengedarkan uang, Bank Indonesia senantiasa berupaya untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan uang kartal di masyarakat baik dalam nominal yang cukup, jenis pecahan yang sesuai, tepat waktu, dan dalam kondisi yang layak edar (clean money policy). Untuk mewujudkan clean money policy tersebut, pengelolaan pengedaran uang yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia dilakukan mulai dari pengeluaran uang, pengedaran uang, pencabutan dan penarikan uang sampai dengan pemusnahan uang. Sebelum melakukan pengeluaran uang Rupiah, terlebih dahulu dilakukan perencanaan agar uang yang dikeluarkan memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga kepercayaan masyarakat tetap terjaga. Perencanaan yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia meliputi perencanaan pengeluaran emisi baru dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat pemalsuan, nilai intrinsik serta masa edar uang. Selain itu dilakukan pula perencanaan terhadap jumlah serta komposisi pecahan uang yang akan dicetak selama satu tahun kedepan. Berdasarkan perencanaan tersebut kemudian dilakukan pengadaan uang baik untuk pengeluaran uang emisi baru maupun pencetakan rutin terhadap uang emisi lama yang telah dikeluarkan.

Uang Rupiah yang telah dikeluarkan tadi kemudian didistribusikan atau diedarkan di seluruh wilayah melalui Kantor Bank Indonesia. Kebutuhan uang Rupiah di setiap kantor Bank Indonesia didasarkan pada jumlah persediaan, keperluan pembayaran, penukaran dan penggantian uang selama jangka waktu tertentu. Kegitan distribusi dilakukan melalui sarana angkutan darat, laut dan udara. Untuk menjamin keamanan jalur distribusi senantiasa dilakukan baik melalui pengawalan yang memadai maupun dengan peningkatan sarana sistem monitoring. Kegiatan pengedaran uang juga dilakukan melalui pelayanan kas kepada bank umum maupun masyarakat umum. Layanan kas kepada bank umum dilakukan melalui penerimaan setoran dan pembayaran uang Rupiah. Sedangkan kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui penukaran secara langsung melalui loket-loket penukaran di seluruh kantor Bank Indonesia atau melalui kerjasama dengan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa penukaran uang kecil.

Lebih lanjut, kegiatan pengelolaan uang Rupiah yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia adalah pencabutan uang terhadap suatu pecahan dengan tahun emisi tertentu yang tidak lagi berlaku sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah. Pencabutan uang dari peredaran dimaksudkan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisasi peredaran uang palsu serta menyederhanakan komposisi dan emisi pecahan. Uang Rupiah yang dicabut tersebut dapat ditarik dengan cara menukarkan ke Bank Indonesia atau pihak lain yang telah ditunjuk oleh Bank Indonesia. Sementara itu untuk menjaga menjaga kualitas uang Rupiah dalam kondisi yang layak edar di masyarakat, Bank Indonesia melakukan kegiatan pemusnahan uang. Uang yang dimusnahkan tersebut adalah uang yang sudah dicabut dan ditarik dari peredaran, uang hasil cetak kurang sempurna dan uang yang sudah tidak layak edar. Kegiatan pemusnahan uang diatur melalui prosedur dan dilaksanakan oleh jasa pihak ketiga yang dengan pengawasan oleh tim Bank Indonesia (BI).

Dewan Gubernur BI

Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya Bank Indonesia dipimpin oleh Dewan Gubernur. Dewan ini terdiri atas seorang Gubernur sebagai pemimpin, dibantu oleh seorang Deputi Gubernur Senior sebagai wakil, dan sekurang-kurangnya empat atau sebanyak-banyaknya tujuh Deputi Gubernur. Masa jabatan Gubernur dan Deputi Gubernur selama-lamanya lima tahun, dan mereka hanya dapat dipilih untuk sebanyak-banyaknya dua kali masa tugas.

Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Dewan Gubernur

Gubernur dan Deputi Gubernur Senior diusulkan dan diangkat oleh Presiden dengan persetujuan DPR. Sementara Deputi Gubernur diusulkan oleh Gubernur dan diangkat oleh Presiden dengan persetujuan DPR. Anggota Dewan Gubernur Bank Indonesia tidak dapat diberhentikan oleh Presiden, kecuali bila mengundurkan diri, berhalangan tetap, atau melakukan tindak pidana kejahatan.

Pengambilan Keputusan

Sebagai suatu forum pengambilan keputusan tertinggi, Rapat Dewan Gubernur (RDG) diselenggarakan sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam sebulan untuk menetapkan kebijakan umum di bidang moneter, serta sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam seminggu untuk melakukan evaluasi atas pelaksanaan kebijakan moneter atau menetapkan kebijakan lain yang bersifat prinsipil dan strategis. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dalam Rapat Dewan Gubernur, atas dasar prinsip musyawarah demi mufakat. Apabila mufakat tidak tercapai, Gubernur menetapkan keputusan akhir.

Sejarah Perbankan Syariah Di Indonesia Dan Tentang Bunga Serta Investasi

Perbankan syariah atau Perbankan Islam adalah suatu sistem perbankan yang dikembangkan berdasarkan syariah (hukum) islam. Usaha pembentukan sistem ini didasari oleh larangan dalam agama islam untuk memungut maupun meminjam dengan bunga atau yang disebut dengan riba serta larangan investasi untuk usaha-usaha yang dikategorikan haram (misal: usaha yang berkaitan dengan produksi makanan/minuman haram, usaha media yang tidak islami dll), dimana hal ini tidak dapat dijamin oleh sistem perbankan konvensional.

Perbankan syariah pertama kali muncul di Mesir tanpa menggunakan embel-embel islam, karena adanya kekhawatiran rezim yang berkuasa saat itu akan melihatnya sebagai gerakan fundamentalis. Pemimpin perintis usaha ini Ahmad El Najjar, mengambil bentuk sebuah bank simpanan yang berbasis profit sharing (pembagian laba) di kota Mit Ghamr pada tahun 1963. Eksperimen ini berlangsung hingga tahun 1967, dan saat itu sudah berdiri 9 bank dengan konsep serupa di Mesir. Bank-bank ini, yang tidak memungut maupun menerima bunga, sebagian besar berinvestasi pada usaha-usaha perdagangan dan industri secara langsung dalam bentuk partnership dan membagi keuntungan yang didapat dengan para penabung.

Masih di negara yang sama, pada tahun 1971, Nasir Social bank didirikan dan mendeklarasikan diri sebagai bank komersial bebas bunga. Walaupun dalam akta pendiriannya tidak disebutkan rujukan kepada agama maupun syariat islam.

Islamic Development Bank (IDB) kemudian berdiri pada tahun 1974 disponsori oleh negara-negara yang tergabung dalam Organisasi Konferensi Islam, walaupun utamanya bank tersebut adalah bank antar pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan dana untuk proyek pembangunan di negara-negara anggotanya. IDB menyediakan jasa finansial berbasis fee dan profit sharing untuk negara-negara tersebut dan secara eksplisit menyatakan diri berdasar pada syariah islam.

Dibelahan negara lain pada kurun 1970-an, sejumlah bank berbasis islam kemudian muncul. Di Timur Tengah antara lain berdiri Dubai Islamic Bank (1975), Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan (1977), Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (1977) serta Bahrain Islamic Bank (1979). Dia Asia-Pasifik, Phillipine Amanah Bank didirikan tahun 1973 berdasarkan dekrit presiden, dan di Malaysia tahun 1983 berdiri Muslim Pilgrims Savings Corporation yang bertujuan membantu mereka yang ingin menabung untuk menunaikan ibadah [[haji].

Di Indonesia pelopor perbankan syariah adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Berdiri tahun 1991, bank ini diprakarsai oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan pemerintah serta dukungan dari Ikatan Cendekiawan Muslim Indonesia (ICMI) dan beberapa pengusaha muslim. Bank ini sempat terimbas oleh krisis moneter pada akhir tahun 90-an sehingga ekuitasnya hanya tersisa sepertiga dari modal awal. IDB kemudian memberikan suntikan dana kepada bank ini dan pada periode 1999-2002 dapat bangkit dan menghasilkan laba. [1].Saat ini keberadaan bank syariah di Indonesia telah di atur dalam Undang-undang yaitu UU No. 10 tahun 1998 tentang Perubahan UU No. 7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan.

Hingga tahun 2007 terdapat 3 institusi bank syariah di Indonesia yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mega Syariah. Sementara itu bank umum yang telah memiliki unit usaha syariah adalah 19 bank diantaranya merupakan bank besar seperti Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)dan Bank swasta nasional: Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (Tbk).

Prinsip syariah adalah aturan perjanjian berdasarkan hukum Islam antara bank dan pihak lain untuk penyimpanan dana dan/atau pembiayaan kegiatan usaha, atau kegiatan lainnya yang sesuai dengan syariah.

Beberapa prinsip/ hukum yang dianut oleh sistem perbankan syariah antara lain [2]:

* Pembayaran terhadap pinjaman dengan nilai yang berbeda dari nilai pinjaman dengan nilai ditentukan sebelumnya tidak diperbolehkan.

* Pemberi dana harus turut berbagi keuntungan dan kerugian sebagai akibat hasil usaha institusi yang meminjam dana.

* Islam tidak memperbolehkan "menghasilkan uang dari uang". Uang hanya merupakan media pertukaran dan bukan komoditas karena tidak memiliki nilai intrinsik.

* Unsur Gharar (ketidakpastian, spekulasi) tidak diperkenankan. Kedua belah pihak harus mengetahui dengan baik hasil yang akan mereka peroleh dari sebuah transaksi.

* Investasi hanya boleh diberikan pada usaha-usaha yang tidak diharamkan dalam islam. Usaha minuman keras misalnya tidak boleh didanai oleh perbankan syariah.

Perdagangan elektronik atau e-dagang (bahasa Inggris: Electronic commerce, juga e-commerce) adalah penyebaran, pembelian, penjualan, pemasaran barang dan jasa melalui sistem elektronik seperti internet atau televisi, www, atau jaringan komputer lainnya. Sejarah perkembangan

Dalam ekonomi kapitalis, dimana kebanyakan bisnis dimiliki oleh pihak swasta, bisnis dibentuk untuk mendapatkan profit dan meningkatkan kemakmuran para pemiliknya. Pemilik dan operator dari sebuah bisnis mendapatkan imbalan sesuai dengan waktu, usaha, atau kapital yang mereka berikan. * Koperasi: adalah bisnis yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan. Marketing dimulai dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia yang kemudian bertumbuh menjadi keinginan manusia. Contohnya, seorang manusia membutuhkan air dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dahaganya. Jika ada segelas air maka kebutuhan dahaganya akan terpenuhi. Namun manusia tidak hanya ingin memenuhi kebutuhannya namun juga ingin memenuhi keinginannya yaitu misalnya segelas air merek Aqua yang bersih dan mudah dibawa. Maka manusia ini memilih Aqua botol yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam dahaga dan sesuai dengan keinginannya yang juga mudah dibawa.

Proses dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan manusia inilah yang menjadi konsep pemasaran. Mulai dari pemenuhan produk (product), penetapan harga (price), pengiriman barang (place), dan mempromosikan barang (promotion). Seseorang yang bekerja dibidang marketing disebut marketer. Activities of Upstream Oil and Gas Sector

The oil and gas sector requires high amounts of investments, technology, and qualified human resources. Proper management of the oil and gas sector will require deep knowledge of the sector, including oil and gas formation, upstream activities (exploration and production), downstream activities (processing, transport, and distribution), and dynamics of the oil and gas sector.

The search for oil and gas begins with a geological and geophysical survey, including seismic and gravitational survey to search for oil traps. Wild cat drilling is then carried out in order to find oil reserves in these traps. If this drilling is successful, it will provide data on the amount of hydrocarbon, rock formations, and the amount of oil and gas available. These data are then used to make a rough estimate of oil and gas so that production may begin immediately.

Oil and gas production is carried out by drilling production wells in developed fields. In a certain amount of time (ex: 25 years of contract), a production well may only produce a certain amount of oil and gas, limited by their reserves. Several production wells are required in order to achieve production target during the contract period.

There are two types of costs associated with this process; well and non-well cost, which includes production equipments, supporting infrastructures, oil and gas transport, and maintenance costs for field development.

Oil and gas production process is divided into three different process, primary recovery, secondary recovery, and tertiary recovery. Primary recovery is a production process which exploits the natural gas pressure available by using pumps or gas lift.

Secondary recovery is done by water or gas flooding process, meanwhile tertiary recovery is carried out by adding polymer towards the injected water / gas to decrease the viscosity of oil, in-situ combustion, or microbial injection. Second and tertiary recovery is also known as Enhanced Oil Recovery.

Oil and gas wells will require maintenance or stimulation in order to maintain production levels. This activity is known as work over - aimed at shifting production to other layers, scaling – clearing the well of deposits, acidizing, and fracturing – opening of cracks in order to increase fluid flow.

Confident that tourists will see past the recent terrorist attacks in the country, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism said it would raise its target for foreign arrivals next year to seven million, or 500,000 more than this year’s goal.

“We are planning to raise the target for foreign tourist arrivals in 2010 to seven million, taking into account security improvements in Indonesia as well as the growth in arrivals this year,” said Sapta Nirwandar, a marketing director at the ministry.

He said the ministry was optimistic the target would be reached as the number of arrivals from January through July this year was up 2.6 percent from the first half of 2008.

Over the first seven months of this year, the number of international arrivals rose to 3.6 million, up from 3.5 million.

“The number of tourists is increasing every year, meaning that people trust Indonesia despite the bombings that occurred a few months ago,” he said.

He added that vacationers from Australia, France, Saudi Arabia, China, Korea, Russia and Japan were always enthusiastic about coming to this country.

“The number of Australian tourists is up 25 percent from the same period last year,” he said, adding that from January to July 267,000 Australian arrivals had been recorded.

He said the ministry was collaborating with stakeholders, businessmen and local tourism agencies to help the leisure industry expand.

“Tourism is the second-largest source of income for the country after the oil and gas sector,” he said. “That is why tourism is so important.”

The ministry is also working with the Ministry of Communication and the Ministry of Forestry in a carefully planned campaign to make Komodo National Park one of the Seven New Wonders of the World.

On July 21, the Switzerland-based New7Wonders Foundation announced that the park had made the final cut and would vie with 26 other natural landmarks worldwide to be named one of the Seven New Wonders.

Indonesia will reduce its Emission by 2010

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Marty Natalegawa, met his German counterpart, Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, on 15 December 2009 at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs while accompanying the President of Indonesia during his visit to Germany .

The two ministers who have both recently assumed their posts congratulated each other. They shared the view that there were still many avenues for further enhancing the currently good relations between Germany and Indonesia, in particular in the economic sector.

The Indonesian Foreign Minister said that Germany was not only an important trade partner for Indonesia, but it also represented one of the main investment resources of Indonesia from Europe.

The two Foreign Ministers also agreed in the importance of cooperation in the environment sector. In this vein, Indonesia will voluntarily reduce the emission by 26% by 2020.

The Signing of the MoU

During the visit of President of Indonesia to Germany, the both countries also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning cooperation in the “Clean Development Mechanism Project Activities” (CDM) on 15 December 2009 at the German Ministry for Environment, Conservation of Nature and Nuclear Safety.

The MOU intended to enhance cooperation in the environment sector was signed by the Minister for Environment, Gusti Muhammad Hatta for Indonesia and for Germany by State Secretary Ursula Heinen-Esser of the German environment ministry.

With the signing of the MOU, the two sides will begin cooperation in the form of exchange of information in the fields of renewable and efficient energies, in project assessment, including procedures and implementation of CDM projects, in the mechanism and methodology for the determination of basic emission values and in monitoring and verification of the decrease of greenhouse gases, as well as in concrete CDM projects in accordance with the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol and other relevant decisions.

STATE PHILOSOPHY
Pancasila is the philosophic fundamentals of the state. The word “Pancasila” is derived from two Sanskrit words, “panca” which means five, and “sila” which means principle. Pancasila consists of five principles that are interrelated and inseparable, namely:

1. The belief in one God
2. A just and civilized humanism
3. Unity of Indonesia
4. Democratic citizenship lead by wise guidance born of representative consultation
5. Social just for all the people of Indonesia

Indonesia is a democratic country that applies a presidential system and Pancasila is the soul of the Indonesian democracy. Indonesia adopts a democracy that is based on the 5 principles known as the Pancasila Democracy. These state fundamentals were proclaimed by President Soekarno (the first President of Indonesia) on the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia on 17 August 1945.

GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION
Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagos in the world that has 17,508 islands, situated between 6 degrees northern latitude and 11 degrees southern latitude and spreading from 97 degrees to 141 degrees eastern longitude and it is located between two continents – Asia and Australia/Oceania. This strategic position greatly influences the country’s culture, social, politics and economy.

Stretching along 3,977 miles between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, Indonesia has a total area of 1.9 million square miles including the ocean waters.

The five large islands of Indonesia are: Sumatera covering 473.606 square km, Java with 132.107 square km, Kalimantan (the third largest island in the world) with an area of 539.460 square km, Sulawesi with 189.216 square km, and Papua with an area of 421.981 square km.

GEOLOGICAL HISTORY
The islands of Indonesia were formed in the Miocene age (12 million years BC); Palaeocene age (70 million years BC); Eocene age (30 million years BC); Oligacene age (25 million years BC). As people from Asia started to migrate, it is believed that Indonesia existed since the Pleistocene age (4 million years BC). The islands have a great effect on the change of the Australian and Pacific tectonic plate. The Australian plate changes slowly with an upward movement into the small plates of the Pacific plate that moves southward. Between these lines, the islands of Indonesia are stretched out.

This makes Indonesia as one of the most changing geological area in the world. There are 400 volcanic mountains – which 100 of them are active- that dot the islands of Indonesia. Every day Indonesia experiences three vibrations, at least one earthquake a day and one volcanic eruption in a year.

DEMOGRAPHY
The population of Indonesia can be divided into two major groups: in the western region most of the people are from the Malay ethnicity while in the eastern region there are the Papuans originating from the Melanesian Islands. Indonesia also recognizes specific ethnic groups that come from a certain province/area and have specific language for example the Javanese from Central or East Java, the Sundanese from West Java or the Batak ethnicity from North Sumatra.

In addition, there are also minority ethnicities derived from Chinese, Indian and Arabic descendents. These people travelled as merchants through trade exchange since the 8th century BC and migrated to Indonesia. Approximately 3% of the population is from Chinese ethnicity, although the exact percentage is not known as the last ethnicity census was held in the 1930s.

Islam is the major religion of 85.2% of the population, designating Indonesia as the largest Moslem country in the world. The remaining population consists of Protestants (8.9%); Catholics (3%); Hindus (1.8%); Buddhists (0.8%) and other religion (0.3%).

Many Indonesians speak their ethnic language as their mother tongue. However, the Indonesian language is the official language and it is taught at all schools and most Indonesians are proficient in using the language for communication.

POLITICS
As in other democratic countries, Indonesia applies the Trias Politica that recognizes the separation of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies. The legislative authority is under the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) that consists of two bodies namely the Parliament composing of members of political parties and the Regional Representative Council (DPD) composing of representatives from each province in Indonesia. Each province is represented by 4 delegates that are elected by the people in the respective region.

The People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) is the highest state institution. Upon the Amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the membership of the MPR starting the period of 1999-2004, was amended to include not only the members of the parliament (DPR) but also the members of the DPD. Formerly the MPR consisted of the parliament members and group representatives. Currently, the MPR has 550 members from the parliament and 128 members from the Regional Representative Council (DPD). The parliament members and the DPD members are elected every five years. Since 2004, the MPR has become a bi-chamber parliament with the DPD as second chamber.

The executive institution is centralized under the president, vice president, and the cabinet of ministers. The cabinet is a presidential cabinet in which the ministers report to the president and do not represent the political parties.

The judicial institution -since the reform era and upon the amendment of the 1945 Constitution- is administered by the Supreme Court including the administration of the judges.

Indonesia has 33 provinces (including 2 Special Territories of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Yogyakarta) and one Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI). East Timor was once part of Indonesia, but then through a referendum in 1999, East Timor became the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste.

ECONOMY

In the 1990’s, Indonesia’s economy experienced a set-back as a consequence of the economy crisis that hit most Asian countries. However, the economy is now relatively stable.

Indonesia has abundant natural resources outside Java including crude oil, natural gas, tin, copper and gold. Despite being the second largest exporter of natural gas, Indonesia recently has become a net importer of crude oil. The agriculture products of Indonesia include rice, tea, coffee, spices and rubber.

The major trade partners of Indonesia are Japan, the United States of America and neighboring countries namely Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

CULTURAL ART

Indonesia’s cultural art is greatly influenced by other cultures, such as the Hindu mythology and culture that is reflected in the Javanese and Balinese dances.

Many of the dances also reflect some Islamic values. Several of these dances originate from the island of Sumatra, such as the Saman Meusukat dance and the Seudati dance from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.

Another famous cultural item from Indonesia is the wayang kulit (shadow puppet made from goat skin) that depicts mythological characters and stories. The art of old poetry in the form of quatrain and couplet sayings from various regions such as the Malay quatrain are often cited in special occasions or in cultural performances.

One of Indonesia’s cultural heritage that has been acknowledged as a world heritage is the batik cloth. The prominent batik industry areas are in Yogyakarta, Solo, and also Pekalongan.

Pencak silat is an art of self defense which is uniquely from Indonesia. This martial art is sometimes shown at certain performances accompanied by traditional music of the region.

In the field of music, Indonesia is rich with traditional as well as modern music that extends from the city of Sabang (the western point of Indonesia) to the city of Merauke (the eastern point of Indonesia). Although traditional music including Javanese keroncong is commonly known, modern music is more popular followed by dangdut music. Dangdut is one type of music originating from Indonesia that has also become quite popular throughout the country. This type of music is a blend of Malay and Indian music with elements from traditional music as well. The name of “Dangdut “ is derived from the sounds of “dang” and “dut” (pronounced as “doot”) that come from the dominating resonances of the bongo and the flute. The Dangdut singers usually sing while dancing expressively and gracefully following the beat of the music. There are several varieties of Dangdut music namely Malay Dangdut, Modern Dangdut (using modern instruments) and Coastal Dangdut (influenced by Javanese and Sundanese traditional music). In the 1970s, Dangdut was initially recognized as a type of Malay orchestral music, but in the 1980s, this type of music became more popularly known as Dangdut music.

The people of Indonesia consist of various ethnic groups, religions and faith. The various ethnic groups are for example Batak, Karo, Minangkabau, Malay in Sumatra and so forth. Trading Risk Management

There are 5 kinds of trading risk management that can be used, can we use one
or it all depends on the willingness and ability of a hazard that will be borne
trader.

1. Stop Loss / Stop Loss Order

This technique is the easiest technique in which the risk that we take only limited
how many points we have already set (eg 30 or 50 points from the price we get).
To use the techniques we give a stop loss stop order below the price when we
buy (buy order) or above the price when we sell (sell order).

Example: If we Buy USD / Yen 117.00 we put a stop loss / stop sell order at 116.50
So when the price falls to 116.50 we only lose 50 points.

2. Limit Order

This technique is a technique of orders booked in the position we set the price themselves.
The price we set to enter buy or sell a position, so if the price is
not achieved then we will not experience losses and costs. Limit order
valid until the closing time New York Market (Good Till New York), the closing market
Friday (Good Till Friday), or until the limit is canceled (Good Till Cancel).

Example: We set up limit orders buy USD / yen at 116.00
Then the price just went down to 116.50 and then back up to 117.00, so the limit order
tesebut not get that then we can order it canceled.

3. Hedging / Locking

This technique is a technique that many traders use, but this technique should be used
with mature calculations. This technique is the risk because we have to
analyze when we opened the hedging / locking position. We will also be charged

pay the fee. This technique is used trader who did not want to lose at all.

Example: If we Buy USD / Yen 117.00 and Sell USD / yen at 116.90

4. Switching / Turn Over

Technique is a technique to change the position, where if we make the position of our

opposite direction.

5. Average

This technique is a collection technique position, where we add the same position in the price
different. This technique is a technique that requires large capital, but the potential benefits
too large.

Example: If we Buy USD / Yen 117.00 then the price drops at 116.50
we then buy again diharga 116.50, and if prices come down again to 116.00 we buy again
diharga it, then release it all in the position if the price rises to 117.50.

There are two big issues discussed in this conference. First is the issue of the challenges and opportunities of the sustainability of palm oil develeopment. This issue is very important to be discussed presently as our future industries would depend on how we�as industries�respond the current challenges and opportunities with respect to the sustainability issue. This is very important issue, especially, as we prepare the United Nation Conference on Climate Change (UNCCC) in Copenhagen on December 7-18, 2009. Second is the issue of palm oil prices in 2010. Most of oil palm plantation developed in the ex-logging areas, empty land, and/or converted from other commodities such as rubber, coffee, or cacao plantations. So, we have to ensure that current and future development of palm oil is carried out in a sustainable way. We understand the environmental consequences of the continue growth of palm oil industry raised by the environmental groups here and abroad. Therefore, The government of Indonesia would like to ensure all stakehoders in this industry that our law and regulations has taken into account various aspects of environmental issues such as biodiversity, wildlife conservations, high conservation values, and changes in land use. In other words we try to balance economic, social as well as environment considerations in developing this industry. Not only in cultivation practices, but also in processing and other aspects of the industry

In this regard the government of Indonesia welcome the establishment of a Roundtable Sustainability on Palm Oil (RSPO), a voluntary multi-stakeholders forum to promote the use of sustainable palm oil in every supply chain of the industry. This initiative fits with our commitment to develop sustainable palm oil industry. However, We would like to remind all stakeholders that the implementation of principle and criteria of RSPO has to be carried out in a gradual way and considering the readiness of all parties, especially small-holder farmers. Thus, the adoption of principle and criteria of RSPO do not create unnecessary disruption to the development of palm oil industry. RSPO is not a static formula rather it is a dynamic process. It is a journey to sustainable palm oil. What we need is the strong commitment of all every stakeholders to carry out the RSPO�s agreements.

The government of Indonesia also would like to share with all stakeholders the important role of palm oil industry in our economy. Earlier we mentioned about how Indonesia is blessed by rich natural resources. These God�s gifts enable us to produce various agricultural estate commodities including palm oil. History showed that palm oil production started long time ago at the era of colonization. After experiencing long and sometimes difficult journey, we see that now Indonesia becomes the largest producer of crude palm oil (CPO) producing of about 20 million tons and exporting of around 16 million tons of CPO. This great achievement takes place mainly due to an endless effort and commitment of all stakeholders; government, business players, and civil society. Combination of conducive business and investment climates, commitment of the business players and small-holder farmers, supports from central and regional governments and bright prospect of palm in the world market contribute to these achievements.

With these achievements, palm oil industry plays more important roles, at least, in four areas of our economic development. First, it contributes significantly to the creation of millions employment opportunities and the alleviation of poverty, especially in rural areas. Second, palm oil industry is also one of the engines of .regional development. Many areas developed mainly due to the existence and expansion of the industry. Third, palm oil industry has become major non-oil export earnings. In 2008, for example, the export earning from palm oil valued at around US $ 12.4 billions dollars, which is the largest contributor of export earnings excluding oil exports. Fourth, it provides healthy, low-cost staple product in national diet, such as cooking oil and processed food ingredient. And, fifth, it is a very competitive raw material product for biofuel, as a diversification energy sources become major energy program all over the world.

Based on these facts and future prospect of palm oil industry both from supply and demand sides, We have strong conviction that this industry will continue to grow at higher speed. Therefore, Mr. Hatta Rajasa would like to ensure that the government will do everything to support this development.

However, we should not satisfy with these achievements. There are still areas of the industry that we should develop. As we may know that at the early stage of development, plantations and CPO mills played larger roles in the development of industry. In the future, attention should focus more on the development of down-stream industries so that we can obtain more added values created from the industry.

At this opportunity, Mr. Hatta Rajasa would like to convey to all stakeholders that government has a plan to develop palm oil based cluster industries in several special economic zones. At these locations, various palm oil and supporting industries will be developed, and the government will provide basic infrastructures such as, port, roads, and other supporting infrastructures. Government will also�if necessary�provide various incentive schemes for the industry. We hope we can create more value added, more efficient, more competitive domestic palm oil industries. This is a part of our efforts to develop more advanced downstream palm oil industries. The government of Indonesia invite all of you to participate in this program.

Finally, We would like to touch the issue of palm oil price, it seems that palm oil price in the 2010 will hopefully improve from the previous year considering more favorable condition both from supply and demand sides. World economic recovery, continue growth of demand from China and India, increasing demand for bio-fuel, and world oil prices increases are factors that likely contribute to palm oil price increase next year. We realize, of course that this is more hope than forecast as palm oil producer country who want to see high and stable prices.

As producer and exporter, Indonesian government are also hoping for stable and rewarding international prices of CPO and all palm oil base products, without loosing its competitiveness. But we need also to consider the interests of our domestic cooking oil consumers, which some of them are still to be low income household. Indonesia Government already implement a targeted support program for low income household, and an export duty policy as an automatic mechanism to reduce the risk of sudden fluctuation in international prices and its impact to domestic market.
